"This Too Shall Pass"
Where do I start in sharing my appreciation for the Litho-Krome Company and the work they do there? I believe, in some ways, I have become a better artist because of their attention to detail when it comes to the capture and reproduction of my art. I’m at ease when I paint, confident that there is nowhere I can go that they can’t follow. Their technical abilities have far exceeded any of my requests at this point in our relationship.
That being said, what I value just as much is their customer service. The moment you walk in their doors, whether it’s your first time or as a returning client such as myself, you will feel like you’re their only reason for being there that day, I kid you not. I have been working with them for over six years now and have yet to meet anyone at Litho-Krome who did not greet me with a smile, convincing me I was their number one priority at that moment. And this starts in their parking lot.
Those I work closest with through the process of reproducing my artwork are by far well above any I have worked with to date in the business. Their personal touch extends all the way to my home, where they have taken time out of their busy schedule to deliver me prints and or pick-up an original painting, while conducting business in my area , saving me time.
Let me conclude with this statement. Counterfeiting being ramped in the open edition market, my first measure of defense is to provide my customers a quality reproduction easily discernable from any knock-off that might be before them. Even in a slow economy I refuse to cut corners, and as it is stated in the last line of my Bio, my goal is to deliver collectors of my work sustained value long after their initial purchase. This standard is attained by working with whom many consider, and I agree, to be one of the best printing companies in these United States, the Litho-Krome Company of Midland Georgia.

"Hen Party"
I used the same printing and scanning company for many years until the quality diminished and I had to look for a new printing company. I set out to contact Litho-Krome Company Fine Art Reproduction because of their reputation as a premier printer. They are part of Hallmark Cards, which is a company also known for quality and excellence. I contacted Litho-Krome to discuss producing a giclee. Because their prices were comparable to my previous printing company I was not concerned about my bottom line. I sent the art to them and they quickly returned it with a proof. The true test came when I put the first proof next to the original on the same wall and stepped back. I could not tell the difference. It was amazing.
In conclusion, I like working with Litho-Krome because their people are easy to work with, their prices are competitive and most importantly the final results are the highest quality possible. I have found my new printing and scanning company that does the job right the first time.

"Time Out"
I had been contemplating reproducing some of my original acrylic paintings for a while. Living in a small town, my options were limited. I’ve had my work photographed and scanned with very disappointing results. Vickie Kruger of Litho-Krome introduced herself to me at the Waterfowl Festival in Easton, MD last fall. After speaking with her I decided to try my luck with them. I received my proofs quickly after sending my paintings and the results were astounding.
